I was asked to join a project group that was addressing the mass unemployment caused by the pandemic, ultimately naming the LinkedIn Open to Work profile badge. The badge has been used by millions of members and has made an impact on their job searches: People who let others know they're Open to Work are more likely to be contacted by recruiters than those who don't. 
After creating the badge, our team went on to create a film where influencers helped members on their job search. As a result of the project, one member landed a job during the height of the pandemic.
