I was asked to join a project group that was addressing the mass unemployment caused by the pandemic. The Open to Work profile ring was created in response. The team raced to name and launch the product. Our original ask was to create a product marketing animation for social. We proposed a more expanded effort, recognizing the opportunity the product had. Our team ultimately created this film, showing what can happen when LinkedIn members ask for a hand, even helping one member find a job in a moment of need.
